Saladpalooza!

May is National Salad Month and the first annual Salad Festival in downtown Salinas promises to be a historic event celebrating the fabulous produce of Salad Bowl of the World.  Organizers will attempt to break the world record for the longest salad bar, games, live music, with wine and salad pairings rounding out the event.
